Given the importance and the buzz surrounding the 2016 election, several Southern States, including Georgia, Texas, and Alabama, have decided to participate in Super Tuesday and allow the citizens to cast their choice for the state parties’ presidential candidates. This Super Tuesday, March 1st, will be a pivotal day in the campaigns of the candidates and their respective parties as approximately 24% of the overall Republican Party Delegates and 21% of the overall Democratic Party Delegates will be awarded.

Voting will be open from Feb 29 – Mar 1.

We will discuss the results in class and, if all goes as I hope,  we will have an effective, well thought out, enlightened, and productive debate regarding the results.

It should be great. I look forward to the results. See you in class…and at the polls!
